Yes, that “mini-primary” plan is goofy. For one thing, it’s based on Biden first stepping aside. Good luck with that.
And if Biden does step aside, the delegates at the convention get to decide. They were chosen in real primaries.
I absolutely love the fact that everyone and their brother is now spouting off about how to remove Biden. This guy has lots of money. He should use it to try to oust Biden. LOL

Plan A: Get Joe to step aside, replace him with someone, have someone beat Trump.
Plan B: Run with Joe, have Joe get 100 million votes and get another term.

How can I respond civilly to this guy? I can’t so I won’t try. These billionaire kleptocrat elitist hedge fund guys - not all but too many - probably view Biden as just another hedge fund guy who operates in the world of politics the sane way they do in the business world. I think they are all basically immoral thieves motivated by the same thing that motivates DemocRats - money and power.

With Biden resisting removal, it CURRENTLY looks to me like the Dems will:
1) Keep Biden/Harris on the ticket.
2) Hope to cheat enough to steal the election.
3) If successful, post-inaugeration, Biden will resign.
4) Harris (i.e., the IC and Dem insiders) will chose a VP.
5) Soon, Harris will fail so badly that she is impeached by the Republicans, with Dems contributing votes as necessary.
6) Unelected puppet will be President, to replace the corruptly installed predecessors. IC and top Dems will be thrilled.
Putting Harris atop the ticket pre-election has numerous problems, though if Dems try it, they will do so very late in the game to protect her from self-destruction (such as a debate) and opposition criticism/ads. It might be necessary for Republicans to destroy her candidacy in late Sept/early October, whether she is on the ballot as P or VP.
My understanding was that the primary would be conducted among the delegates, not among the registered voters.
