Former President Barack Obama and ex-speaker Nancy Pelosi spoke privately this week about their growing concerns for President Biden’s 2024 re-election campaign — as a growing number of “very-connected Democrats” plot to get him to drop out quickly, according to reports.
Obama and Pelosi are said to have discussed how much harder they think it has now become for the embattled 81-year-old president to beat his GOP rival, former President Donald Trump, but neither are sure what to do, sources told CNN.
A slew of Democrats have also been begging Obama and Pelosi behind the scenes to help quickly end the ongoing turmoil before even more damage is done just four months out from the election, the sources added.
Biden has rejected mounting calls for him to give up his candidacy in the wake of his train wreck first presidential debate against Trump on June 27.

I was watching a press conference one where Kamala Harris was totally outclassed and embarrassed by an answer to an idiotic question she asked.
She continued as if nothing happened and thanked him for his answer.
Here is where it gets weird...
In that moment I had a sudden flash of her as President. I have never before or since had an experience like that. And this was almost 20 years ago- while she was a still sleeping her way up the ladder.

I have never been involved in politics but the amount of “private” conversations that end up in the media it just incredible to me. I wouldn’t be able to operate in such an environment because I would not be able to trust anyone.

“Talk” all they want! Every day that passes sees the “concrete” holding Biden in as their candidate harden a bit more and the difficulties of replacing him become more difficult and problematic. Time is on our side.
If Biden is forced out of the race he must also resign the presidency. The Democrats don’t want Giggles to be president, and even in his deteriorating mental state, Joe knows it too. As hard as it is to believe he’s the one holding all the cards here.

Yes, but he’s leading Trump in the latest Marist poll. If that is accurate, then it seems to indicate the ‘Democrat brand’ is still favored even if the ‘CEO’ is a retard.
This is where the citizenry is at. Evil is now good and good is evil. The Dem problem for the bait and switch Dem elite trying to replace their brain dead candidate is he is basically even nationally among registered voters in the polls. There has been little movement in national polls 2 weeks after the train wreck. There has been a tiny movement in Trump increasing his lead in the 7 swing states which he was already leading at the time of the debate. My suggestion to Dems is leave the brain dead guy alone and work harder...although work is nothing something gimmiestuff Dems are accustomed to. lol
