WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - President Joe Biden said during a press conference after the NATO summit that he would take a neurological exam if his doctors recommended it but so far he has not received such suggestions from his medical team.
"If they think I should have a neurological exam again, I'll do it, [but] no one's suggesting that to me now," Biden said on Thursday.
Earlier in the press conference, Biden referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as former US President, and his likely opponent, Donald Trump.
"I wouldn't have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president [inaudible] if I think she's not qualified to be president," Biden said.
When asked how he would respond to the gaffe, which former President Donald Trump had already posted about on social media, Biden would only reply "listen to him [Trump]."
Earlier in the day at a NATO event, Biden similarly mixed up Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin. "And now I want to hand it over to the President of Ukraine who has as much courage as he has determination. Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin," Biden said to the confusion of the crowd.

How about an executive order putting a five month moratorium on neurological exams?
I’d guess that President B has had several serious neurological exams already, after all the doctors that have visited with him or vice versa (including the Parkinson’s expert doctor visiting him at least 8 times)
perhaps a Freedom of Information suit needs to be filed?

practically the first words out of joe’s mouth at the start of the question session at the “big boy” press conference was saying he thought “Vice President Trump” would do a fine job as Joe’s VP ... I seriously doubt if Donald is going to be too happy finding out that he’s Joe’s VP ...
That would take too long. What if someone asks him to waive all privacy rights and direct his doctors to testify before a House committee on Biden’s mental state and health.
If his doctor hasn’t suggested already, it’s malpractice.
Plot twist: the only condition for employment as Biden’s doctor is that you never, ever, EVER suggest that he take any neurological exam.
I was in the Butler, Pennsylvania, area today (northwest PA, north of Pittsburgh). I saw three electronic billboards with changing displays supporting Trump. The messages included “Kick the crap out!” and “Democrats are destroying America.” Another image was of Trump in gunslinger garb—black hat, black leather vest, etc., promising he would come back and take charge. Veterans for Trump has paid for these giant, expensive electronic billboards. One display featured “Bidenomics” with a list of the percentages of price increases for food, rent, gasoline, mortgages, etc.
In Worthington, Pa., south of Butler, Trump supporters have erected a replica of the Statue of Liberty draped with an American flag and with a “Trump 2024” sign at her feet. This is located right in the middle of the main highway through town, visible to anyone who passes through. An entrepreneur has set up a large tent on Route 422 outside of Butler where he is selling all kinds of Trump stuff—flags, hats, posters, etc.
Trump will be at the Butler fairgrounds on Saturday for a rally. He can expect an enthusiastic crowd.
The man needs some pretty intensive brain scans to identify the damaged areas past and present not just office visits with neurologists where they look at his gait, strength and balance Get him an EEG asap and tell Hunter and Jill to wait in the car.
