Renewable do not work as a primary source of power. At best, they might be a source of power to generate hydrogen. It doesn’t matter how reliable or iffy the renewable is if we never have to rely on it as a primary source of power.

Brandon responded quickly unlike E Palestine. Is there an election somewhere around here?

I agree, Abbott shouldn’t be allowed to leave Texas borders during Hurricane Season.

(that is what the Left is essentially saying)

Texas energy sector is incredibly corrupt. Connected pigs rake in the cash building subsidized windmills which produce power at 3x the cost. Energy rates are free market but infrastructure costs are still regulated by ercot. To hide wind costs grid maintenance is delayed. Thus Texas now has an expensive unreliable grid.

I lost power for five days because of Hurricane Ian.

One hundred years ago perhaps half the farmers in the USA lacked mains electricity.

Off in South Korea. Ginning up more businesses no doubt. Abbott, Perry, etc are classic examples of what Lenin said about capitalists selling the rope that will be used to hang them.

They have destroyed the Texas energy grid with their subsidized windmills and solar. They have closed dozens of coal plants. And with their Bush culture relentless mania for recruiting businesses from California, from Arabs, from Asia, from New York etc... they are killing the culture of Texas.
The people moving there bring wives and daughters who are pushing to turn Texas democrat and globohomo... and they will do it.

Referring to the disaster declaration, Biden said: "I've been trying to track down the governor...I don't have any authority to do that without a specific request from the governor."

From a guy who allows his defense secretary to leave for weeks and doesn't even notice.

“ However, speaking to The Houston Chronicle, Biden said the disaster declaration was delayed as a result of difficulties he had contacting the Texas governor and lieutenant governor, something they both denied.”
********************************************************************

In his confusion, Biden was holding the mouthpiece of his telephone to his ear instead of the earpiece… creating the “difficulties”.
