The Wisconsin Supreme Court doesn’t have jurisdiction. The Constitution states that the manner of election is determined by the legislatures of the States.

“The Wisconsin Supreme Court doesn’t have jurisdiction. The Constitution states that the manner of election is determined by the legislatures of the States.”

At EVERY turn the democrats compel SCOTUS involvement in their rampant and ubiquitous lawlessness, and then when SOTUS corrects their myriad wrongs, the ululating about a rogue court grows more shrill.

I fear we’re in the waning days of our soft civil war...

But the WI gop will need to grow a spine and nads to chop this down before the election this year. Their constituents will need to seriously squeeze them to get them to move on it.

If they try to pass a law in that regard, the Democrat governor will veto it.
