The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Friday ruled 4-3 to reinstate the use of most ballot drop boxes across the crucial battleground state, overturning a decision it made less than two years ago that banned the use of most of those boxes.
"Our decision today does not force or require that any municipal clerks use drop boxes," the decision Friday read. "It merely acknowledges...that clerks may lawfully utilize secure drop boxes in an exercise of their statutorily-conferred discretion."
That is the appropriate angle. Legislature writes that the ballots have to be returned, and the bureaucratic elections commission just says the ballots can be returned to various and sundry "boxes."
Kelley worked hard, but the abortion issue reigned supreme.

Controlled by 50 blue legislatures.
The drop boxes are for cover.
High tech is the only wa6 to steal a landslide.
If they try to pass a law in that regard, the Democrat governor will veto it.
How can this be up for debate where it’s 4-3 on whether they can use them or not? Shouldn’t the law simply say what they can use? What does it actually say?
Good. I hope the DEMs steal the WH, Senate, and House in November. Americans need it good and hard for their voting stupidity and absolute apathy for the destruction of the country.
We can only hope that Chevron will mean clearly written laws. I am skeptical.

Milwaukee County circuit judge Janet Protasiewicz defeated former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice Daniel Kelly, effectively flipping the ideological balance of the court from a conservative to liberal majority.

There really needs to be a push for ANY election to be held on ONE DAY and you can only vote in a secure balloting place. ANY OTHER WAY is open to fraud.

Doesn’t matter what’s in the drop boxes since they simply provide for the plausibility of excessive votes. Same goes for the idea that the illegals can vote in certain areas.
Every drop box must be defended by five men armed with AR 15’s
Republicans just have to do what Democrats do: go ballot-harvesting & bring in ballots from every Republican they can find.
It’s insane. As far as I know no other western nation allows drop boxes and certainly would frown on someone voting on someone else’s behalf.
Trump is ahead of Biden by at least 2 points. Cheating will need to be done again for Biden to steal the state.
