The latest tactic is to put out a story that contains a part that can easily be debunked as cover for the underlying story that is actually true and damaging.

Example: Zelensky's wife buying a Bugatti is bogus, therefore anybody inquiring about Ukraine graft is a tinfoil nutburger.

Another: There is no basement to Comet Pizza, therefore anybody looking into D.C. pedo rings is a conspiracy theorist.

They got pulled pretty quick, there’s no way General Flynn, a traitor, will ever be or should be in the Trump administration. He traded on his expertise, experience, and access gained by career in the US military, for money to aid to foreign government. that’s a traitor in my book
