Afederal court in Kansas on Tuesday blocked the Biden administration's Title IX regulations from taking effect in four states, becoming the latest court to stop the new controversial rules from taking effect in August.
The Department of Education's new rules expanded the definition of sex discrimination to include gender identity and pregnancy, and included a ban on single-sex bathroom and locker rooms. It also required schools to use pronouns based on a student's preferred gender identity. The new rules have now been stopped in 14 states as of Tuesday.

Yeah well I don’t read subheadlines in small light print. I also speed read because I don’t have time to read everything like a Dick and Jane book. So I expect information about location to be at the very beginning the way it used to be. In the article itself.
The second paragraph should be the names of the four states. But I can’t even find that in the article. The only thing I could glean is that Kansas is one of them.

Based on the Supremes ruling in the Chevron case can’t we tell the agencies to get stuffed because these regs they are trying to force on us weren’t passed by Congress, who has the proper constitutional authority?
One of America’s big problems is Congress abrogated its Constitutional responsibilities for the most part to the Administrative State. Congresscriters are primarily focused on fund raising now, no time for what the Constitution required them to do.
