Former Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “The Beat” that the Supreme Court ruling in Donald Trump’s presidential immunity case meant “we no longer live in a democracy because we no longer have a functioning court system.”
Dean said, “The court system is a critical part of the three-legged school of democracy. This court has lost its legitimacy. So we no longer have a court system that’s, in my view, a legitimate court system. They were appointed with lots and lots of money from The Federalist Society. Two of them are clearly corrupt and taking money from people who sometimes are involved in matters that come before them. The remaining justices on the Republican side are partisan Republicans that have previously been involved as Justice Roberts was in stealing an election in Florida.”

Why yes, I always look to Howard Dean to form my opinions about “democracy” and the Supreme Court.

He’s largely correct, but not the way he thinks.
Dean needs to crawl back under his rock.
If the democrats have been in charge the last four years, does that mean we are restoring democracy from their attempt to destroy it.
Are these people unhinged? This rhetoric is getting more and more absird and inflammatory.

So, does that same rationale apply to the NY Court that convicted Trump? What am I saying, the only legitimate Court is one that sides with Democrats. Silly me.
The more the “Democrats” demonize the court and allow protests at the supreme Court justices’ homes the more likely the Supreme Court is going to face-stomp them.
So when the Supreme Court is left-wing, everything is fine. But if the Supreme Court is Conservative, suddenly the Supreme Court is no longer functioning, got it.
If the courts are not pursuing the Bad Orange Man 24/7 then they’re illegitimate.
Pretty much the Democrats’ position.
Accusing SCOTUS and Trump of destroying democracy, is the ultimate weapon that ‘democrats’ use to deflect from their destruction of democracy. Look over there, not here.
