It was so forced. It almost sounded like one of those AI voices reading The script at time. Places where they should come and probably work, punctuation in the script he just seems to ignore and run everything together.

Hopefully it will not be to announce a military strike on Trump since the President now has immunity for acts committed in office according to the Supreme Court. I know Biden is senile and incapable of thinking beyond his next ice cream cone, but his handlers could be planning something.
