Bragg’s case in Manhattan presents a substantial risk. An individual, let alone a former president, could be convicted for an underlying federal crime that the FEC might conclude was anything but.[May already be the case] The Bragg case threatens due process by allowing state prosecutors to enforce federal law without the procedural protections afforded by the federal government. It sends the signal that when Congress passes laws, zealous state prosecutors can enforce them at will without accountability. And if it can happen to a former commander in chief, it can happen to anyone.
Bragg's sedition must go to the SCOTUS, asap.
It was the intent all along to jail Trump after he was found “guilty” of phony crimes. Now that Biden has melted down on national TV, the left has few options to stop the Trump juggernaut. Jailing Trump is one option but this will only energize his base even more and lead many independents to see this as interfering with the election. Sadly the other option is assassination which I believe is seriously being considered by the Deep State.

It’s called “malicious prosecution”. I am getting ready to file one in a different state.
But these are crimes in which nobody goes away for years….. this man is setting up the easiest appeal in history with these antics….. as usual the left overreaches and will have the effect they think it will. Trump is not a flight risk , there will no reason for him not being bailed while awaiting appeal.
