Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas has questioned the legitimacy of Jack Smith's appointment as special counsel as the Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump is partially immune from prosecution for actions taken while he was in the White House.
In a 6-3 ruling, the justices returned Trump's case to the trial court to determine what is left of special counsel Jack Smith's indictment of Trump.

I read Justice Thomas’s concurrence opinion as giving a ‘green light’ to Judge Cannon in Florida to rule that Jack Smith illegally occupies the Special Prosecutor job.

Newsweak is clearly trying to reform itself. Unfortunately, with the product of journalism schools these days, there is an inherent staffing problem to that end, thus enabling the occasional MSM usual. We'll see if it continues to improve, but until then, our usual skepticism (as opposed to bias) is entirely in order.

Jack Smith has the degenerate look of a weasely, Spanish court sycophant that has to take a huge dump.
You know, maybe you are right: I could not say exactly what it was, but something is just not right about him. Sure, he is wound too tight, as his picture shows, but it is more than that, and even more than being a rabid liberal prosecutor.
