I missed a few days last week due to my cold. Right now, the infection seems to be in my left eustacian tube. I still have a slight cough. What is awful is that when I try to go to sleep, I can hear and feel my pulse in that ear. I haven’t slept well at all.

I went through that for almost a year. The funny thing is where I live is 487 ft above sea level. When we went on a trip to New Mexico it is about 4000 ft and the blockage in my ear went away. Then when we came back home to 487 ft it came back again. It went on for so long I was crying. Then I did that google search where it said to use the heat and vibration. It didn’t clear immediately but it finally did.
