Hush chip. There's no way that Jill Biden is going to let that happen. She wants the power and she wants the title of first lady. She's a power hungry POS.

Will a 25th Amendment action provoke a Constitutional Crisis (based on the ineligibility of Kamala Harris to assume the Presidency)?

Not gonna happen. There’s no one they can control like they control Joe, and their bench is too thin at this late stage in the game. They’re stuck with Joe. Which is good for us.

The GOP should not be stupid here. It takes a two-thirds majority to remove Resident Biden under the 25th amendment. They need to vote no.

Just keep Jo’s coke infused lithium batteries charged and he should be good to go.
If he isn’t just put wheels on his head and wheel him around.

People are reading too much into this.
Chip Roy just wanted to get his name in the papers.
And that he’s done.

RE: Jill won’t okay anything
We the American people voted for her to lead us.
Oh, wait.
The new Woodrow Wilson wife role coming up? She won’t let anyone past the closed bedroom doors and will tell us what the incapacitated President has decided on major issues and policy matters.
Historians now admit she actually made the decisions on policy and was effectively the acting President for months.

Chip has nothing to lose by saying this, since it will never happen, and saying it emphasizes Kamala’s lack of support.

Suppose Kamala Harris goes on social media and demand that Joe Biden resigns.
The American people will support her.
Most of the Democratic Party will support her. Not the power brokers in the DNC. Especially not the Deep State.
Kamala Harris won't have the guts to do that because she's afraid.

Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) is insisting Vice President Kamala Harris use the Twenty-Fifth Amendment to declare President Joe Biden incapable of performing his duties. No...no...no...NO! Let him stay in office and face the worst Democrat defeat since George McGovern in 1972 against Nixon. He only got 17 electoral voates and didn't even carry his own state. It would be great to see Biden destroy that record.

Anything Kammy does with respect to the 25th Amendment would require a 2/3 majority in both houses of Congress to make stick against the sitting President's wishes. Best of luck with that one. And success will leave us President Harris against a surging Trump in November. Best of luck with that one too.
The most likely option appears to me at the moment to be sticking with Biden, running a monster "he's OK" gaslighting campaign in the media, and cheating like hell where they can get away with it. The real problem is not the Democrat candidate, it's one Donald Trump, and I hope his security is up to the job.

great...section 4 is a land mine.
If I'm a repub I vote to keep Pres. Biden
All Joe Biden has to do is say he is ok...then all hell breaks loose.(so hell is exothermic?)
"...Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session.
If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
