Trump did not answer some questions which is good-got away with changing the subject. I think CNN knew they were on notice and let him get away without being contentious as expected.

At this point the debate may have been a trap...just not one that was designed to help Biden, but to get rid of him...why else did they push for this one to occur *before* the nominating conventions?

I'd bet a call was placed to "judge" Juan Merchan before the debate was even over to "throw the book" at Trump, including jail time.

To me its obvious the bat signal has gone out to the entire propaganda arm of the Democrat Party aka the Corporate Media. They are ALL singing from the same hymn sheet. Biden must go. They simply can’t provide air cover for him anymore and they know it.
The Democrats can figure out how to overcome the procedural issues......that will involve Biden serving out his term (so as not to make Heels up Harris the president which would make it impossible to deny her the nomination) but instead refusing the nomination as president. That then opens up the Democrat Convention.
The problem is who do they choose? They don’t have any good candidates and time is getting really short.

That would make Heels Up Harris the president. That would make it IMPOSSIBLE to deny her the nomination in Chicago.
