The thing is, is that Biden is till president and on the Ballots already in many states. The Party at their convention can try to disassociate themselves from and replace Biden as a candidate but if he doesn’t resign, he can still say he is running. He would have to take himself out by resigning or at least pledge to leave after he finishes out his term. If he doesn’t do those things then he is a balloted candidate no matter what the party decides to do for a “new official party candidate”.

Given Joe’s ego, he might just tell them to go and fornicate with themselves and that he’s staying in. Even the 25th amendment doesn’t take the presidency away from him, that just puts him on the “injured list”. He can still run. Only a true impeachment can take him out.

I don’t think it’s ever been tested that a president can’t be a candidate for president if his supporting party repudiates him. He still can but ballot questions for the courts and the party involved would take months to untangle...well beyond the election itself. The Democrats plan to cheat but with Biden looking this bad, no one would believe the results.

I think Trump has a great plan of leaving a lot of what goes on in our world to the states instead of the feds. Those who want to live in commie style states can do so.The rest of us will abide by the constitution and the things that have Made America great.

I was looking for a poll - of course, it wasn’t who won the debate, Drudge wouldn’t post that knowing Trump would handily win - the poll was who should replace Biden.

And, GOOD! They deserve it for all they’ve put America through for the past few decades. I hope it hurts. I hope it cripples them. Who is waiting in the wings? Newsom? Trump will have him for LUNCH. All he has to do is point to CA’s MASSIVE FAILURES from A to Z and ask, ‘Is THIS what you want for ALL of America?’

Well, yeah - the Socialist Democrats would go for that, but not the ‘normals.’ If we can keep a slight edge beyond the CHEATING that’s coming our way, we will be OK.

But, who will help us after President in Exile Trump is re-elected? Are any of the 18 LOSERS Trump defeated on his way up, up to the task? (There are a few Governors I’d vote for in that bunch.)

The problem for the Democratic Party now as opposed to 2020, is nowhere near enough people can be hucked to think 81 million people voted for this spark-spraying automaton after this display. They try the steal again with Biden and it'll be way beyond petitioning for redress of grievances, it'll be either restoration of the Constitution or overt fascism as Democrats round up every Trump donor and meme merchant into camps.

Well I think think this is going exactly as the Dems designed it - they weren’t going to switch out anyone to replace Biden until the convention or prior to....thus THAT person does not really have to run very long against Trump protecting the candidate from the Trump effect on that candidate as Hillary had to endure......I'd go so far as saying that person wouldn't be on the sidelines unless the deal was to protect them from Trump.

Biden was the cover candidate so Obama / Soros’s team could run the gov and make decisions......it's worked well.

So soon they'll put out their real Candidate - thus their base will ‘understand’, in fact support, taking Biden off the ticket for another....we're almost there.
