The high court in the capital, Windhoek, declared the crimes of "sodomy" and "unnatural sexual offences" as "unconstitutional and invalid" in a ruling hailed by LGBTQ rights groups.

"We are not persuaded that in a democratic society such as ours... it is reasonably justifiable to make an activity criminal just because a segment, maybe a majority, of the citizenry consider it to be unacceptable," the judges wrote.

The ONLY WAY to get rulings like this in Africa is if NGOs BRIBE the judges. Do a bit of digging and you’ll find their fingerprints.

Yes.

And if you cannot make something illegal because a majority reject it, on what basis can you make ANYthing illegal?

... or the US Dept of State threatens them, as happened with Botswana.

Notably, their neighbor and former ruler South Africa is on the side of international
organized Sodomy, so that likely have something to do with it this time.

Reading over that last sentence it occurs to me how over top insane it sounds to speak
of "international organized Sodomy". But sure enugh here we are.

Oh gosh! What happened there? I was under the impression that the Botswana High Court had turned down homosexual marriage.

Be sure that these courts have slowly been infiltrated deliberately by leftist activists. Real Africans know how destructive homosexuality is, having experienced the AIDS epidemic like no other.

And the activists know that this will ultimately lead to state recognition of same-sex relationships as “marriage.”

Must be a law of politics — courts with the power of judicial review inevitably become infiltrated with leftists. Probably due to leftist control of law schools.
