If this went through, could a satanist school get funding?

Just discussing the legal machinations, flame away and discuss.

There are no public religious schools in the US. They have to be private schools like the Catholic Schools.

Satanist schools get funding right now, in all fifty States AND the District of Corruption.

They just don't call themselves satanist schools. They go by the oh-so-touchy-feely name "Public Schools".

This is what will happen to the “10 Commandments” posting requirement in Louisiana.

The nation desperately needs school vouchers. There is no reason we don’t other than commie teachers unions and government officials won’t allow it.

The school is probably better off not being beholden to government largess.

Hmmm...
Every single government school in the U.S. is already a satanist school...

Barring religious schools IS a violation of the “separation of church and state” by excluding religious schools and funding secular and atheist ones.

It is my experience that Catholic schools have a substantial number of students that are not Catholic.

I guess the sticking point here was direct funding by the state as a charter school.
