Their water heaters as tiny, don’t heat very high, and you get to wait an hour for a shower if your wife just used it; and

This has GOT to be a violation of the law, and quite probably the Constitution. Congress only designates federal agencies to craft regulations, and advocacy organizations are not federal agencies. Should be an open and shut case for industry groups or even individual companies to challenge these regs.
