HOLY ****: Special Counsel Jack Smith just admitted the FBI added cover sheets to alleged classified documents found at MAL and took photos for evidence.
This confirms my report from last month that the FBI doctored evidence to produce stunt photos of classified docs at MAL:

So did I but if the documents are classified they were supposed to have a cover sheet on them. The idea is to hide whatever the classified contents that were on the front page.
I also worked in STREAMLINER/NEWSDEALER message centers while in the Electronic Security Command and we'd be busted if we left of the cover sheet on printed messages...
We knew this the day after it happened
Obvious cover sheets of themselves do not concern me very much.
I’m waiting for it to slowly ooze out that DoJ/FBI/Jack Smith added sensitive DOCUMENTS that had not been in Trump’s possession. The Feds do not want the Court or the Defense the ability to review the material Trump is accused of possessing; they insist the Feds be the sole judge of what was seized and whether Trump possessed it illegally. This deprives Trump of a defense and allows the Feds to plant anything they please.

While I agree with the sentiment, I think the more practical and effective measure would be to lop off as many top layers as it takes to make the FBI (and every Govco department for that matter) non-political, or at least non-Leftist.
Why is Jackboot Smith still able to practice law, let alone do stuff like this?

The cover sheets should bother you because there is no way they would have them prepared at the time of the raid. They were prepared in advance.
The fact they were laid out and displayed was an obvious attempt to make Trump look guilty. We have no idea what was under those cover sheets.
They could have been instructions for fixing a furnace.
If I am on a federal jury I can’t see myself finding any defendant guilty regardless of the evidence submitted. The DOJ/FBI/ATF has a very public track record of manufacturing evidence, tampering with evidence and hiding exculpatory evidence. They have pulled these criminal acts in every state and court district right up to the FISA court. Therefore I am always going to have reasonable doubt about anything they present or testify about.
They have destroyed their own system for political expedience and are a national embarrassment.
One thing that is paramount in any criminal investigation is the chain of evidence. How evidence was discovered, where it was discovered, who handled it after discovery, how it was stored, etc. It appears the FBI violated every rule of evidence in regards to collection and storage of those documents.
How can the judge know if anything was added or removed from the documents seized? How does she know if those were the boxes shipped from GSA or ones that Trump’s team carried to Mar a Lago? Did Trump or any of his staff even know what was in those boxes? Had anyone even opened them prior to the FBI agents descending in droves to rifle through them?
I’m convinced that what the are looking for is the evidence against Obama, et al in connection with the Russian/Trump collusion Clinton conspiracy. From what I understand the binder is still missing and the DOJ and Biden administration (Obama) badly wants it retrieved. I don’t think they found it at Mar a Lago that day which is why they are still going after Trump.

I think you’re right. It seems to be hard for folks to come to terms with this (especially those that are on the fence Leaning in a direction).
But I think its time to acknowledge this tough reality. That dude you drank beers with after a hard day at the mill... has a dark heart.
Also, I think there are a lot more of these than we’d like to admit. I think we’re in some real trouble.
