The U.S. Supreme Court announced on Monday that it will take up a case on a state law that bans medically transitioning children.
The nation’s highest court will take up U.S. v. Skrmetti in October, which involves Tennesee’s ban on hormone inhibitors, the facilitation of transgender hormone usage, and sex alteration surgeries for minors. The Biden administration sued the state over the law last year, as did the LGBTQ activist group Human Rights Campaign.
“Rather than tackle any real issue at stake for Tennesseans, the legislature and Governor Lee decided to attack vulnerable youth who are at the mercy of politicians who think they know better than families, doctors, and the greater medical community,” Kelley Robinson, the president of Human Rights Campaign, said in a press release. “Gender affirming care is life-saving care. Period.”
According to Fox News, this will mark the first time the high court hears a case on the banning of transgender procedures. Similar laws were passed in 23 states, according to the Association of American Medical Colleges.
A federal appeals court allowed Tennessee and Kentucky’s ban to remain in place pending an outcome in the lawsuit.
Texas passed a ban on minors being medically transitioned last year, as previously reported by The Dallas Express. The law was met with a lawsuit that made its way to the Texas Supreme Court earlier this year.
The Texas ban was passed weeks after a whistleblower revealed Texas Children’s Hospital continued its transgender program for minors after promising to end it over legal concerns. The whistleblower at the hospital, Dr. Eithan Haim, faces four felony counts of violating medical record laws from the Department of Justice, as reported by DX. ...

2. A surgeon who castrates a patient with Gender Dysphoria is even more of a criminal than a doctor who performs liposuction on a patient with Anorexia.
3. A doctor who prescribes hormones or hormone blockers to a patient with Gender Dysphoria is even more of a criminal than a doctor who prescribes diet pills to a patient with Anorexia.
I wouldn’t bet the rent money on this one being decided properly. Assuming that the AMA is all in regarding surgical and chemical mutilation their opinion will prevail.
The Biden administration and HRC disagree, as they are run by reprobates.
If that’s the case, which unfortunately is quite possible, I hope the 23 states with bans against child mutilation will take a stand against evil anyway.

How did this case make it to the Supreme Court?
We are a nation of constitutionally enumerated protections ratified by the states, not a nation of post-17th Amendment ratification, desperate career Democratic and RINO politically correct, vote-winning "rights" like abortion. (The Court's politically correct decision in Roe v. Wade a MAJOR constitutional scandal imo.)
Note that the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits the federal government, including the Supreme Court, to protecting against sex discrimination in the context of voting rights problems, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
"19th Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Since Congress has repeatedly proven that it is an enemy of the people imo, protecting the deep state, including activist justices, from impeachment and removal from office, it is now entirely up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to do the following.
Patriot voters need to effectively "impeach and remove" worthless Congress in November, supporting hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp, including confirming a new Supreme Court.
It’s a big evil lie kept repeating so people will come to believe it. Especially horrible when aimed to innocent children.

More accurately, nothing the federal government can do about it without passing a constitutional amendment first.
