South Africa under Mandela went from a first world country to a third world country. Electricity, rule of law and life became more scarce and less dependable. Civilization at the level white people are used to, can not be sustained by Africans. Hordes of gangs, poverty and even slavery often develop where there was none before. You may find a small exception but it will be small and or fleeting.
