Florida Judge Begins Dismantling Governor DeSantis’ Secrecy Operation
The Last Refuge ^ | 6/23/2024 | Sundance

People will see…. it might take a little more time than I would prefer, but the truth will come out and people will see.

A judge in Florida is starting to take apart the secrecy operation that Ron DeSantis and his DC Bush clan constructed during their block Trump operation.

DeSantis moved from Congress to the Florida Governor position in 2018; the intent was always to run for President in 2024 and take apart the Trump constructs returning the Republican apparatus to traditional corporate controls.

Part of their lengthy approach was to import some of the Washington DC silo/secrecy functions and overlay them into Florida state politics.

Arguably, Florida had the strongest public record transparency laws in the country, known collectively as “the sunshine laws.” When importing the schemes of DC, in order to support the hidden DeSantis agenda, those sunshine laws were considered a problem. The DeSantis team began changing the rules, subverting laws and demanding support from legislation.

There’s a difference between being a MAGA Governor and pretending to be one. They may look the same at first glance, but all you have to do is peek beneath the surface to discern the fraud from the real deal. With DeSantis, you don’t even have to look that hard. Start with the fact that he denies the 2020 election steal.

If Ron DeSantis cured cancer, some on here would complain about its negative effects on the funeral business economy.

DeSantis Derangement Syndrome is a sad disease.

When he cures cancer, let me know. And also let me know when he acknowledges that 2020 was stolen.

Then I guess you missed the part about DeSantis’s Chief of Staff conducting official business on his personal cell phone to avoid complying with public record requests.

As I posted in the other thread:

Think about all the people, even the people reading this right now, that did not know/believe that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was a con job.

Sundance says this as if gay meth-addict Andrew Gillem was the better choice?

The example of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis should be a reference point for everyone to accept just how manipulated, controlled, organized and weaponized the systems of our government are that deliver their illusion of choice. And how easy it is to fall for it.

Question: If the Deep State "manipulated, controlled, organized and weaponized the systems of our government are that deliver their illusion of choice," then why was the DeSantis/Gillem race so close, with only a 0.18% (33,683 vote) margin of victory for DeSantis?

Wouldn't that be too close to risk for a shadow government that is supposedly in control? Why not make the election outcome more definitive?

And I won't believe for a minute that the Deep State was so confident in their abilities to control the election that they could have gone with an even closer margin of victory to hide their tracks.

Once the people of Florida realize the scale of the deception, manipulation and lies that have surrounded them….

Oh, I believe they came to realize that in March 2020 when Gillem was found strung out and vomiting in a Miami Beach hotel room with a gay escort who overdosed on meth.

Florida voters realized that it was the Democrat Party that was feeding them lies and that they barely avoided a disaster when DeSantis pulled out a squeaker against Gillem. Florida voters swung to the Republican side after that.

Death penalty for child molesters.
Forcing employers to use e-verify to weed out illegals.
Protecting medical providers from being forced to perfrom abortions.
Constitutional Carry signed into law.
Outlawed DEI in schools.
Signed laws protecting kids from LGBTQ.

Terrible RINO Globalist Governor.

DeSantis moved from Congress to the Florida Governor position in 2018; the intent was always to run for President in 2024 and take apart the Trump constructs returning the Republican apparatus to traditional corporate controls.

This statement is ludicrous. DeSantis was a nobody who only - barely - got elected because of Trump's endorsement. Without it he would have lost to a depraved crackhead. To claim he left the Congress with an "intent to run for president" is absurd.

How many secrets from the Biden White House have been
addressed to this point?

Even Hunter’s laptop related conviction recently slipped
by without so much as a whisper that the FBI and 51 top
level security officials, had lied about the laptop even
existing.

Lee Marsh is a leftist who tried to give Democrats another House seat. His ruling was struck down on appeal.

https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/4338182-appeals-court-reverses-ruling-desantis-congressional-maps/

https://www.jurist.org/news/2023/09/florida-judge-strikes-down-congressional-district-map-for-disenfranchising-black-voters/
[Florida Circuit Judge J. Lee Marsh declared Florida’s most recent congressional map unconstitutional on Saturday because it weakens Black voters’ ability to elect representatives of their choice. The case is in the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, a state court in northern Florida.

Marsh ruled that the redistricting map violates Article III, Section 20 of the Florida Constitution (Fair Districts Amendment) by diminishing the ability of Black voters in North Florida to elect representatives of their choice. Marsh noted that “the Legislature cannot eliminate majority-minority districts or weaken other historically performing minority districts where doing so would actually diminish a minority group’s ability to elect its preferred candidates.” Then, Marsh found that the plaintiffs, individual voters and voter participation organizations, demonstrated that the map “weakens (or in this case, actually eliminates) Black voters’ ability to elect” candidates of their choice. Ultimately, Marsh concluded that “by dismantling a congressional district that enabled Black voters to elect candidates of their choice under the previous plan, the Enacted Plan violates” the Florida Constitution. Marsh declared the map unconstitutional and blocked the Florida Secretary of State from using it in future elections.

Marsh also rejected the state’s defense that the Fair Districts Amendment violates the Fourteenth Amendment of the US Constitution. The Fair Districts Amendment prohibits redistricting plans drawn to diminish minority voters’ ability to elect representatives. The state argued that this Amendment would require it to implement a racial gerrymander in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. Marsh rejected this argument and found that the state did not have standing to raise this claim.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed the redistricting plan, SB 2-C, in April 2022. After the plans enactment, the plaintiffs sued, alleging that the plan “does not comply with the Fair Districts Amendment. It does not even purport to.” The plaintiffs stated that the governor’s plan would cut the number of Black districts in half, from four to two, and give the Republican party a disproportionate advantage in twenty out of twenty-eight districts.]

It’s called controlled opposition. It means that, regardless of who wins, the Uniparty has someone in power that they can control. It doesn’t mean that DeSantis and Gillum are equal in the eyes of the voters, or that one isn’t better for the state than the other. But from the Uniparty point of view, they’re both equal. And that means, whether the election was a narrow win for DeSantis, a narrow win by Gillum, or a blow-out by either one, they know they have someone they can control.

For the Uniparty, the prize is the federal government. From their point of view, allowing DeSantis to govern Florida as a conservative is an investment in the future - an investment in someone who they hope to use to re-capture the base. That’s how controlled opposition works.

“DeSantis Derangement Syndrome is a sad disease.”

Really now?

Did DeSantis try to stop Trump? Yes he did. Did he have the corrupt backing Sundance says he did? Yes. Did Trump campaign heavily for him and put him over top for his first term? Yes. Did DeSantis stab Trump in the back? Yes.

DeSantis challenged Trump to a debate and snarkily sneered: “He can even use a teleprompter. I don’t mind.”

Screw him.
