In advance of Monday’s hearing on Jack Smith’s latest proposed partial gag order on Trump, the special counsel last night filed another hyperbolic brief filled with unsubstantiated claims of bodily threats to law enforcement in docs case.
Note how Smith says “this Court.” He thinks Cannon won’t know about the similar gag order he sought (and received) from Judge Chutkan in DC.
In that proposal, he asked Chutkan to ban Trump from publicly criticizing HIM and others in special counsel’s office.

How hyperbolic and raped up was the provision to allow use of deadly force in the raid? i still haven’t seen similar orders in the Biden probe, though it is supposed to be standard practice.

I was just thinking the same thing. We know there’s a history of them, making things up to embellish their case when they want to blame others for it.
Great points. Surely the world’s premier investigative police could have found and arrested these supposed threatened. But, nada, that I’ve heard of.
And the paid operatives of the fbi are proven beyond reasonable doubt. Too easy to get a hire to send an off color message.
And progressives bask in that false flag stuff. Too easy for them to send messages.
No real reason for limiting speech because various operative use any occasion to make Trump look bad.
If he said the sea is green, someone would accuse him of dumping green dye, and someone else would become an advocacy for green dye dumping.
