Martin Armstrong sees striking similarities between the multitude of crises that plague the modern world and the conditions just before the fall of the Roman empire. Martin argues that endless debt issuance, wars for profit, unchecked migration, and rampant political corruption are setting the stage for a future where many Western countries cease to exist as we know them.
Write something. Hope someone reads it. I have no reason to give up.
I remember hearing on the radio when I was a kid, early 70’s, a spoken word recital of a nation where this was happening, and that was happening and it all sounded like things happening in the US but the ending had a twist, last line he said “Rome fell in 476.”
All the things had happened in Rome. The one I remember was young people becoming Jesus Freaks (remember that term?).
Implication was the US is going the same way.
I’ve tried to find it online but never can.
That was 50 years ago.
Harbingering doom always sells.
Our planet is supposed to be dead by now too. And billions starved to death by now etc…
I’m not giving up. But we’re certainly in for “interesting” times. Best to be aware & prepared, as much as we are able.
Demographics is destiny. Any fool can see America as founded is finished.
Sounds like an old Paul Harvey monologue. If there are any archives of his radio commentaries, you may find it there. Good day! 🙂
When the elites start normalizing perversion it is game, set and match.
There is nothing left to save.
More like the fall of the Roman Republic-replaced by the Empire.
Here’s something on youtube to help you with your search:

It doesn’t start with Harvey’s voice. But maybe it segues into it later…?
I think we're in a transition period. It looks like the end of the American Republic. We're just figuring out who's the first American Emperor. And that may be Gavin Newsom. For now, the Supereme Court remains powerful. And the States remain influential.
Western Civilization brought to its knees by LBJ / Ted kennedy 1965 open border / great replacement act.
They will exist, but mostly as socialist banana republics. Lots of poor people with a few rich at the top (like now, but even more extreme inequality).
Some nations, like Japan, may survive because they reject large scale immigration (at least so far).
One difference between Roman and modern times is nuclear weapons.
There are similarities but it’s just not the same thing.
The Roman Empire had massive migrations but these were coupled with massive military invasions.
It’s much more than that. that’s only a small part of it.
History repeats...serfs retreat.
It ALL originates with the lawlessness of Ochlocracy.
Thanks for posting this. Armstrong is top notch.

It might have been Paul Harvey.
It might have been Paul Frees reading it.
Perhaps as Gallo-Romans watched hordes of Germans rush the Rhine, Americans can view an identical invasion across the Rio Grande.
