On Thursday’s broadcast of NewsNation’s “Cuomo,” Democratic Strategist James Carville said that “President Biden has not done as well with younger voters as he should be. … And the truth of the matter is, this economy is not that good for young Americans, we’ve got people in college. College is very expensive. Mortgages are very expensive.”
While discussing polling data among college students, Carville said, “President Biden has not done as well with younger voters as he should be. He’s doing a little better with older voters. And the truth of the matter is, this economy is not that good for young Americans, we’ve got people in college. College is very expensive. Mortgages are very expensive. They see themselves in a kind of a tight spot here. … I’ll just point out that…there’s a whole slew of people out there that are under 30 and not in college.”

Eve so, he’s one of very few willing to say things the Democrat Media Compex doesn’t want said.
That’s exactly what I was thinking too.
It’s actually much worse for older Americans. The young have plenty of time to recover from the devaluation of the dollar, and if they already have mortgages, it will benefit them by devaluing their debt as well. For older Americans, their buying power has been permanently reduced by a sizable fraction and they cannot recover; despite their best planning, their quality of life in retirement will be reduced significantly.
Carville is controlled opposition and is paying the piper A beautiful thing to see.
