The Biden administration has decided to move Ukraine to the top of the list on countries receiving air defense weapons, and effectively making American allies wait at least 16 months for those same weapons.
The administration said it was because in recent months Russia has stepped up its missile and drone attacks in Ukraine in an attempt to destroy its energy system ahead of the winter.
“This is not a new tactic for them, but they have certainly applied a lot more energy and effort into it in recent months,” National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby told reporters Thursday. He added:

I feel Russia (and especially China) are pleased with this, and have a plan for it - let the USA run down its weapons stocks, and blow out its debt in Ukraine.

Hopefully Biden got China (re. Taiwan), North Korea (re. South Korea), and Israel (re. every neighbor, plus Iran) to AGREE to hold off on their plans to attack. Otherwise, he should have NEVER allowed the Neocons to start their war in Ukraine.
The Biden Crime Family gets a big payoff should China take Taiwan under his watch, allegedly. Like more than a billion. I’d speculate Obama and Clintons get to wet their beaks.
Israel doesn’t use Patriot (anymore) or (much) HIMARS/GMLRS, as it makes its own equivalents. That’s mostly whats at stake here.
Taiwan uses Patriot (7 batteries) and this may affect them, depending on their stocks of missiles. We don’t know if they have open orders for Patriot missiles.
What is likely to happen re Taiwan is if TSHTF (you know what I mean), the US will fly in missile reloads from US Army stocks. They have probably already arranged that.
Taiwan does not yet have HIMARS. The were supposed to get a total of 29 launchers by 2026. Presumably this includes a stock of ammo. We dont know if this is supposed to include the extended range ATACMS, which would be the most useful munition fot Taiwan, for use in interdicting Chinese airfields, etc.
