A smoking gun email backs up Devon Archer’s previous testimony on Burisma’s pressure campaign to intervene and stop the Ukrainian prosecutor from investigating its owner Mykola Zlochevsky.
The email exchange, obtained by Just The News, came from a cache of documents Devon Archer gave to the House Oversight Committee.
“Target: Us ambassador communicates to Ukraine officials I.e. President administration formally/informally that he/U.S. government is ok with NZ, supports him and Burisma. Other U.S. High ranking officials communicate this message to President Administration. President Administration and other agencies ( general prosecutors office ) do not pursue NZ. NZ freely travels home. Ambassador Pyatt loves NZ,” Devon Archer said in a 2015 email to Blue Star Strategies general counsel Jesica Lindgren
“I think this might be a little too overt but this was the feedback below. Anyway to tone down but in operate would be useful,” Archer said Jesica Lindgren in October 2015.
Burisma’s owner demanded that Hunter’s business partner ask the US government to intervene and stop the pursuit of Burisma by Ukraine’s “President Administration and other agencies (general prosecutor’s office)”. Joe Biden then did just that.

Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime friend, and Rosemont Seneca business partner who is facing one year in prison on unrelated charges, appeared before the House Oversight Committee to testify on the Biden Crime Family last July.

The implosion of the USSR and subsequent freedom for Ukraine left in place a whole class of UkrainianSSR nomenklatura; oligarchs and government functionaries who were used to being outside anything resembling law. These people have been undermining rule of law in Ukraine from that day on. So more than a little of what pro-Putin advocates are complaining about has been efforts to clean this up. In that context, declaring martial law aids this purpose, because it cuts off some of the legal loopholes they exploited. A wise move, if there is ever to be a peaceful Ukraine with free markets, human rights, and rule of law.

I am so bitterly sick of this.
In any normal, sane, functioning world, the preponderance of overwhelming evidence would be enough for the authorities to examine and aggressively prosecute the Biden family and Democrat officials successfully and punish them.
But even if there were a Perry Mason-like public outburst of “YES! I DID IT! I DID IT ALL!” from ANY of them, they STILL would not get prosecuted, because those doing the prosecutions know they would be on the docket next, so even if those people WANTED to admit their guilt and be punished for it (yeah, I know) it still wouldn’t be allowed, because that would upset the equilibrium of corruption and lawlessness that exists for government and criminals of all Leftist types who are their allies.
