Do the CNN rules preclude any debater from bringing a large supply of debate-rigors-diapers, or a Diaper-Changer-In-Chief to the debate?

CNN has finalized its rules for the upcoming debate between presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump and President Joe Biden, according to reports.
The network announced Saturday that both Biden's and Trump's campaigns have agreed to the rules of the debate and that Democrat-turned-independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. could be on the stage, according to Fox News.
According to CNN qualifications, candidates have to have gotten 15% support in four different national polls and be on the ballot in enough states to get at least 270 electoral college votes.
Kennedy is currently on the ballot in six states, but that could change as the debate gets closer.
CNN's Jake Tapper and Dana Bash will host the debate that will take place June 27 and go for 90 minutes.

The rules favor Biden and the Democrat party.
Yeah, I know, Biden is senile and Trump will probably win. I just get tired of the Republicans rolling over and allowing the Democrats to set the terms.
All of the debates since 1960 have favored the Democrats.
The Democrats would be crushed if the Republicans set the terms.

Will they check him for drugs and/or a mask?
Will communications through ears, eyes, or microwaves be jammed?
Trump needs to prop him up so they don’t pull a switch. WE’d have to start all over and the rats are better at it.
The CNN "moderators" will do everything possible to ensure that Trump cannot speak freely on any topic, including shutting off his microphone in the event he criticizes Biden or the Democrats with any effect.
And their "analysts" will announce that Biden won the debate within 30 seconds of the ending. These events are always organized by Democrats to make Democrats look good. There are no good reasons for any Republicans to participate in such farces.
The only way Trump wins this is if Biden expires on stage from an overdose of the amphetamine cocktails, they keep giving him to prop him up for public appearances.
Or, CNN won’t prop Biden up because they want a new nominee before it’s too late.

Trump will not be allowed to speak, defend himself, or ask questions.
Biden will be allowed to have earpieces, notes, as much time as he needs, mulligans, and have the CNN moderator explain what Biden really meant to say.
Kennedy will only be allowed to attack Trump.
Will it be Tapper or Bash that leaks the questions to Biden ahead of time?
The earpieces are tiny. He’s always been infatuated with the secret service and one of the guys that his family hired is a retired Secret Service Assistant Director that used to supervise his Protection Detail.
Megyn Kelly and Chris Wallace get fact checking info and historic info via their earpieces during debates and no one notices. It’s when a host says, I’m being told, or the producer is telling me we have to move on that you notice it.
Biden will 100% get those questions beforehand.

I don’t think Biden will dare to refer to Trump as a Convicted Felon. He knows Trump will come back hard on Hunter. But on the other hand, Biden won’t be able to control himself.
I agree. Biden’s sinking fast and the drugs aren’t as effective or long lasting. They get him wired up too much and he’ll lose it.

RFK Jr.’s presence will throw him off his script. He will then destroy himself, and all Trump will have to do is act concerned for His Royal Senility, while pointing out some inescapable facts. Biden Meltdown! It’ll be great entertainment.

Yes. I wonder if they could be jammed to make sure he doesn’t have any communications. Microwave communication is another thing, according to the whistleblower from Raytheon in Antarctica. He says they can make it so that somebody else can speak directly to somebody so that the person hears it in their own voice. I also wonder if those communications could be jammed.
