"claiming the companies’ products cause greenhouse gas emissions and global warming without warning consumers about the risks."

Did the companies warn consumers about all the benefits? Such as longer lifespans, better standard of living, fewer cold-related deaths, and more productive agriculture?

Let's have a full accounting of risks as well as benefits, and have the prosecutors or defendants pay the other the difference.

If there was a market for whale meat and/or whale milk, there would be a supply of whales to provide whale oil and an inventive to domesticate the whales and raise them for crop. I wonder if whale farts pollute the ocean, or if they blow off steam from the other end to blow off now.

What was the impact on climate due to incompetently allowing most of Maui to burn to the ground?

It’s the buyer that’s guilty of the crimes their alleging.

One justice said “the Aloha Spirit inspires constitutional interpretation.”

What the hell is that supposed to mean?

Aloha-Alito

Has a soothing Hawaiian ring to it, doesn’t it.

On the whole, Hawaiians occupy the far left of the Bell Curve.

Not only that but whales exhale CO2 and also consume O2 thus indirectly increasing CO2 %.

Of course, we should also build HSR in Hawaii to reduce auto/helicopter/airplane pollution.

It should be interesting when the court asks for proof… Real solid, proof. The greenies and climate cultists can’t do it

The climate change crisis is the worst bout of mass insanity since the witchcraft trials, and perhaps the worst ever.

Interesting question. I might have gone with tulip investing but that was not world wide.

You may have won but the following are interesting:

Thanks for the link. After perusing it, I rest my case.

Tulip mania was dramatic, but localized, and not that harmful.
