Biden awkwardly salutes Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni as he arrives at G7 summit

President Biden awkwardly saluted Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni as he arrived at the G7 summit in Italy on Thursday.

Biden, 81, was the last of the world leaders to arrive at the venue in southern Puglia as he shuffled onto the stage where Meloni was waiting.

The two spoke for a few moments before Meloni pointed toward a frame of the G7 logo, which each leader in attendance signed with a marker.

As he began to walk off the platform, Biden raised his right hand over his eye and saluted his Italian counterpart.

If you watch the video, he did more than likely sniff her hair .......right AND left side.

She tried to shake his hand but the old creepy pedo ignored that and went in for an awkward and obviously unwelcomed hug.

Salute doesnt bother me at all. I’ve done that to indicate “ok” countless times, and without military precision. As you say, it’s his gait, and the fixed scowl, that are most concerning here

The old fool. However, many people use a salute gesture in a general way; so this criticism is petty.

It's off topic, perhaps, but while both women seemed to have received the "pink" memo, both outfits are terrible. Meloni's pants totally swamp her petite frame and height, and the lengthening cut of the jacket makes her look dwarfed. Von der Leyen is grossly understyled for the occasion; the jacket should be buttoned, but there's no help for the hideous pants. In fact, both women would have looked better if they had switched outfits with one another, or at least the jackets.
