In the UK private subjects are treated to the same standards as professional police. Apparently the Crown Courts don’t consider a crowbar a deadly weapon.
The Brit Courts love themselves their criminal class. Just like the DemonRATs

Just ANOTHER reason to not live in red city/town, county, or state. Think also about the jury you’ll get if charged - in Oakland it will be a DEI-infested jury.

If the shooting is justified, the DA, police and everyone involved in putting than man in jail must be punished. This has got to STOP.

No matter what the extenuating circumstances using a stolen gun to snuff a bad guy doesn’t help your case.
Yeah, story after story like that. One time an American female tourist was accosted by two thugs in London. All she had to protect herself was a pocket knife. She did, was arrested and the judge deported her saying that we don’t act like Americans when in trouble.
