The First Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against a middle school student who wore a T-shirt displaying the message, “There are only two genders.”
As Breitbart News reported last year, middle schooler Liam Morrison of Nichols Middle School in Middleborough was asked to remove his “There are only two genders” shirt.
The incident first occurred on March 5 when Liam Morrison was pulled from gym class and asked to remove his shirt because other students were allegedly complaining and did not feel safe, as first reported by WPDE. The seventh grader was told by a staff member that his shirt was “targeting a protected class.” Morrison said he would not change his shirt, and the school called his father to pick him up.
During a Middleborough Public Schools board meeting on April 13, Morrison shared his experience with the intention that the school district should show more support for students’ First Amendment rights. The video was picked up by Libs of TikTok and received more than 127,000 likes on Twitter.

Hopefully this goes to the Supreme Court to set the record straight. If a T-Shirt is not advocating violent or illegal activity or using recognizably bad language, then it should be okay. Else the school should adopt school uniforms. I guess the problem here is that the thought or statement of only two genders is now illegal.

The definition of gender has been expanded to include the mental/emotional sexual identity, but it still means biological sex. The teen was just sporting a scientific fact on the T-shirt.
All students who understand the biological and moral classification should declare that they are afraid to attend school with students who are mentally ill. What happened to their equal-protection-under-the-law rights?

Of course that doesn’t mean they don’t elect Democrat schmucks to the school board or that their educational system isn’t dominated by liberal idiots.

A tactic applied very effectively for decades by the Democrat/Communist Left to advance the Left's specific political/societal purposes is to change (i.e., "expand", thus modifying) and, even more effectively, to conflate the definition of words until the terms are rendered, in effect, meaningless. There are many, many examples of this.
Sowing confusion among the general public (i.e., those who are busy with other matters and just not aware of what is happening with their language), not all that difficult to do, redefines and/or conflates words to suit the speaker's specific purpose; that is, the definition is "expanded" and "modified" to the point that it means different things to different people. This was once a rarity; now it's common. Little wonder that Left and Right have difficulty communicating ... often deliberately so. That language naturally changes and evolves is not the same thing as what I'm describing here. Cheers!
