Pardons do not have to be specific. Biden could issue a pardon to Hunter for any and all federal crimes he (Hunter) *might* have committed in the past 40 years.
Ford’s pardon of Nixon was something like that. It covered all crimes that Nixon might have committed from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.
The New York Judiciary wouldn’t have to do anything as the hypothetical Biden commutation would be void ab initio.
Biden cannot pardon Trump under any circumstances.
But Biden and the DNC can pressure New York Governor Hochul to pardon Trump. I don’t see that happening.
But who knows? If the Deep State decides that pardoning Trump will help the Democrats, Hochul will do it.

By the looks of him lately, he’s day to day.
It might be the out for the Biden family to get something in exchange for Joe’s exit from the presidential race. There will be an uproar, and for the sake of party unity or some other bs reason Joe withdraws. He gets to quit with a shred of dignity, as opposed to being simply discarded, and the party gets to nominate someone with a prayer of winning.

Biden won’t even mention Trump by name. Almost like he’s Voltermort and his name can not be said aloud for the fear it brings them.
It wouldn’t be the NY judiciary putting a stop to it. There is simply no legal way for anyone other than the governor to issue a pardon or clemency in the state cases, no matter what a president or anyone else may want.
Not a chance for Trump. The Rats don’t want to end this for Trump.
Biden win out two ways. His spawn doesn’t go to jail and the case is not appealed on Unconditional grounds regarding 2nd amendment.
