CDC Supports Use of Antibiotic as 'Morning After Pill' to Stop STDs
US News & World Report ^ | May 5, 2024 | Robin Foster

In new guidelines released Tuesday, U.S. health officials now recommend that certain people take the antibiotic doxycycline as a morning-after pill to lower the risk of some sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

The latest recommendations only apply to gay and bisexual men and transgender women who have had an STD in the past year and are at high risk of getting infected again. While past research has shown that doxycycline works for those populations, there's not enough evidence to recommend the preventive treatment, known as doxy PEP, for all American adults, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention noted.

“Certain people.” Is this an admission that sodomites are a disease-ridden population unlike the at-large population, or a medical preference excluding others who might benefit from such treatment?

Yes. Now let’s allow them to give blood!

Don’t we already have antibiotic resistant bacteria because of doctors’ indiscriminate prescribing of antibiotics? They’re creating a disaster.

That’s not how you stop STDs. Good way to maybe render antibiotics fairly useless…

Yes, and they are just compounding the problem with this recommendation.

As long as the pathogens remain those endemic in the pervert population, I don’t have a problem with that.

Might help cure “the frizzies” too.

Drug-resistant gonorrhea and syphilis are already causing serious concern among epidemiologists, and several new strains of HIV are also showing up in foreign countries, soon to arrive here.

Prescribing antibiotics willy-nilly to populations who live sewer-dwelling lifestyles just creates a Petri dish for new strains of these disease to work out and become stronger.

Thats why they need it to mutate and escape.

Once it becomes a “pandemic” then they can do anything they wish. Its for the children.

Use a prophylactic BEFORE the fact, not AFTER!

No love without the glove.

That’s hardly better.

I think the CDC finding the courage to recommend serious behavioral changes by the subject population is the only effective solution.

We used to call it AIDS, Another Infected D S. That was more than 40 years ago. Odd, when it started it was isolated to a single population group.

“… bacterial sexually transmitted infections... [specifically syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea]… have increased in the United States and disproportionately affect gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men [MSM] and transgender women,…”

Remember when the argument to force “same-sex marriage” on the entire country largely focused on “taming” promiscuous men and making them settle down with one partner? The exact opposite has happened. Almost 10 years in, and STD’s have skyrocketed to record rates since 2015, driven mostly by homosexuals and all of their permutations.

Can we get a rehearing of Obergefell before more disease spreads?

That would be “homophobic.” And I’m not using sarcasm here.

Classic method to guarantee to give antibiotic-resistant strains a clear playing field. The unnamed part of “those populations” is, incidentally, notorious for skipping medication regimens.

They have always been more prone to certain diseases, and now they must be allowed to donate blood for their self-esteem reasons.

CDC is full of unqualified DEI racial and woke hires. The CDC is no longer governed by science. The real-real science tells us that indiscriminate use of antibiotics causes antibiotic resistant "super bugs" such as flesh eating bacteria and "super syphilis" which are immune to antibiotics.

Thanks for nothing, fags.

Yes, hard to remember to take your meds when you’re on “party” drugs.

Homosexuals invented the term “drug holiday” for planned cessation of a drug regimen for a period of time.

Is this a social necessity, or is the CDC still just working for and shilling for big Pharma?
