They show up to work. They do their jobs. And they are not indoctrinated by the woke ideology here in the U.S.

Corporations need cheap labor and Central American migrants will indeed work hard. We've inculcated a generation of black (and many white too) Americans with the woke "screw-the-man" and welfare identity.

There is a lot of truth in that. Not just low wage jobs. You see a lot of British actors in US films. Why? Even the big name ones show up on time and work without a lot of drama. Unlike so many Prima Donna Americans.
The US schools are much to blame. Kids aren’t prepared for the idea that they will have to be productive if they want to be prosperous. So many think they are owed an easy life. They never consider that someone has to provide the goods and services they think they deserve for free.
