The prosecution rested its case Friday in Hunter Biden's Delaware gun trial. The defense immediately moved for an acquittal.
This followed cross examination of the final prosecution witnesses by Biden's defense attorney's Friday morning. The trial began five days ago with jury selection and featured testimony from Hunter Biden's ex-wife, two ex-girlfriends, and a firearm salesman.
Hunter Biden was charged in Delaware by Justice Department special counsel David Weiss with three felony crimes in connection to 2018 firearm purchase while he was using drugs.
The accusations include lying to the licensed gun dealer, making a false claim on the application used to screen firearm's buyers by saying he was not a drug user, and illegally possessing the firearm for 11 days.
After the prosecution rested, Biden's defense attorney's immediately moved for an acquittal on the grounds that the prosecution violates the Second Amendment, according to CNN.

i’d second that second amendment... but his drug charges, human trafficking, and other crimes should be punishable.
He has a “D” by his name - he’ll walk and the press will kiss his butt.

Interesting though, Biden claimed these charges were all made up by the Republicans and this was political payback and he was innocent of all charges.
Now, apparently he DID everything that was alleged, but he shouldn’t be prosecuted for the crimes he committed because the laws he violated, violated his Second Amendment Rights that his POTUS father says we, as a citizenry don’t actually have.
Curious, isn’t it? ? ?
Hunter will be acquitted.....you can take that to the bank.

And there is word that Joe may sign the UN Small Arms Treaty, which does not violate the Second Amendment.

Folks, you really can’t make this s**t up . . .
My guess is that this will be a hung jury. At least one, if not more of the jurors are under the Biden spell and will nullify.
The Second Amendment, I guess, was written with Hunter Biden in mind and his right shall not be infringed.
The rest of us, however, have no such right and the government will continue to screw us over and infringe all they want.
That drug infested black jury is NEVER going to find Hunter guilty....NEVER! The BLACK LEADER, MOUSE, is in the courtroom to show the jury what they must do!

Of course he will never be held accountable. The biggest tipoff is Joe confirming that the fix is in by claiming that he will not pardon Hunter. Who in his right mind believes that he wouldn’t?
The thinking is that this will lend credibility towards Joe doing the ‘right thing’ by refusing a pardon, when rational people know that he won’t have to, because there won’t be a conviction. This is just like Hillary crowing that she’d never be convicted - not because she wasn’t guilty as sin, but because she knew, as surely as if she’d been assured well in advance, that there was no chance she’d ever face impartial justice. (And it’s highly probable that SHE WAS assured of this - that’s how corrupt the justice system has become.)
Gotta give these a-holes credit for one thing. They know how to wield power and leverage everything to their advantage.
Hung Jury... Decline to retry the case. That’s my guess. Either that, or court-ordered drug program.

Result “Sure he committed crimes, BUT he did not INTEND to, plus his father is old and has a bad memory, so not guilty”
This also will backfire. A case in point of two tier justice.
