The J6 Committee was ILLEGAL. A violation of House rules, since Pelosi refused to seat McCarthy’s 3 picks and appointed Cheney and Kissasser in their place. Therefore any subpoenas they issued were illegitimate and without legal import. Did either Bannon or Navarro attorneys even try to argue this in court?

And don’t forget Cheney and the J6 committee blocked and withheld evidence that would exonerate the political prisoners now being held.

Probably not, since it appears there was no violation of House Rules.

McCarthy and every other R rep should have raised hell 24/7 when Pelosi changed the Rules and denied R's the traditional right to select which R reps would represent them on a committee. (For those who may not know, she later appointed an anti-Trump'er and a Rino for the J6 Committee.)

A loud party-wide response by McCarthy et al might not have done any good other than to alert the nation (fence sitters) of what a duplicitous, dedicated anti-MAGA Pelosi was and is.

Maybe you should contact them and give them your suggestions.
