There's a reason federal agencies used to stay out of politics, but it appears the Obama generation never thought it meant them.
Now we get Andrew McCabe, the fired former FBI deputy director, attempting to whip up sympathy in the press for FBI agents who have turned that agency into the internal security apparatus of the Democrat party.
According to Breitbart News:
CNN analyst and former FBI chief Andrew McCabe said Wednesday on CNN’s “The Source” that people in the intelligence and law enforcement community were worried if former President Donald Trump is elected again, they would be “thrown in jail or grabbed in some sort of extra judicial detention.”
McCabe said, “When you think about these things and you try to predict how Donald Trump is going to react are the steps he’s going to take you really don’t have to go any further than listening to the things he says and does his, comments recently are offensive and horrendous, but they’re not a surprising in any way. He’s been saying this for quite some time. I will be your retribution is referring to is supporters. So, you know him, you know, what motivates him. He is not a person who’s driven by principle or ideology. He is someone who’s entirely transactional.”
He continued, “If he feels like he’s been wronged in some way, then he focuses on revenge and then in vengeance. He’s made it perfectly clear that that’s what he’s gonna do. In the process of seeking that he run the risk of dismantling or greatly incapacitating the Department of Justice and the FBI. That is something that Americans on both sides of the political aisle should be worried about. We depend on those institutions to protect us.”
Blah, blah, blah.

Interesting, isn’t it, the Biden and Obama corrupt agencies commit a multitude of crimes against innocent people, but investigating and prosecuting individuals that committed the crimes is called “retribution.”

They should be scared, but they did it to themselves and I only hope they are held accountable because

Garland was asked about restoring McCabe’s pension. The lame excuse he gave was that it was going to cost the DOJ more to fight the case in court than the pension was worth. Also the 2 FBI lovebirds just reached some sort of financial settlement for having their text messages exposed.
No one is above the law. That’s what they said, right?

What a lame excuse ! It almost always costs more to prosecute a thief than he stole. That is NOT THE POINT AT ALL !
Nobody should walk away with a big pension who has committed crimes as a federal government employee. In fact, such a criminal should be sentenced to paying a huge fine so he cannot profit from some lucrative TV news contract.
The crime is what is punished and the dollar amount of a serious criminal’s prosecution is irrelevant.
Then it’s time to give witness testimony.
Great article. Of course, trump is saying he won’t seek vengeance, but he should and i think he will.
The written word has body language, just the same as the spoken.
McCabe’s statement is body language loud and clear that he is considering running to a safe haven.
I would hate to be the DOJ Communications Director trying to drum up sympathy for FBI Agents.
