This action was always the ultimate purpose of doing what they’ve done to everyone who dared to question the results of 2020. No one, going forward, would dare to question any result of an election, the same way no one questioned 90+% vote shares for the likes of Saddam Hussein, Maduro/Chavez, Castro, et al. Think of what they’ve done to Giuliani, and any number of lawyers who were involved in exposing (or trying to) what happened in 2020.

There is always force, but I don’t believe that that necessarily eliminates consent. That is obviously true under authoritarian regimes, but cannot be true in a country that claims to have a real republic. To believe that consent is window dressing is to say that the American experiment has been a scam from the very beginning. If that is true, why are we here trying to be civic-minded and worrying about elections?

Garland seems to be ignoring that elite Democrats have been regularly challenging the outcome of elections when a Republican wins.

But more disturbingly, Garland's election integrity policy also seems to ignore the following. Consider that Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A) is a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, Pence and the J6 Congress wrongly ignoring that section when lawmakers accepted Biden's electoral votes despite allegations of vote-counting fraud imo.
Consider the zero tolerance "hair trigger" wording of Section 2 of 14A.

With Section 2 of 14A in mind, consider that if this were a better world, the feds would be reminding all states before an election that the feds will be darkening the doorway of any state to investigate allegations of possible violations of constitutional voting integrity protections.
In the meanwhile, since the current corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress is not doing its job to protect voting rights imo, Democratic and Republican Trump supporters must not only support hopeful Trump 47 with a new patriot Congress in November so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will also support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
