I want to know what happened to Hunter Biden's allocution that he gave before his unprecedented plea deal fell through. It was the plea deal that contained a drug diversion agreement that was supposed to address the gun charges.

In order to accept the guilty plea, Hunter Biden had to admit guilt and give a detailed statement under oath as to what he did in order to prove to the judge that he understood the charges against him, that he was pleading guilty under his own free will, and that the charges against him were likely to be proven in a court of law.

Biden, as a part of his allocution under oath, described the business deal he was setting up with a Chinese businessman. It was after this point that the plea deal fell apart.

Buried within that drug diversion program was an immunity deal that would protect Hunter Biden for all past and future crimes. The judge threw out the plea deal because the diversion program set her up (without her knowledge) as a de facto probation officer charged with monitoring Biden's compliance with the terms of the deal. She said that was an executive branch responsibility and she was part of the judicial branch, and the deal violated separation of powers. She also discovered that the two parties disagreed on what the deal covered regarding immunity, and that the whole immunity agreement was too much for a gun charge with drugs attached.

This left Biden stuck with having already described his crime under oath and then changing his plea to not guilty. How will he be able to have his confession tossed out as it happened under oath in open court in front of the judge, the prosecution, and his legal team? So far, everyone's been silent about this.
