Israel begrudgingly accepts Biden’s Gaza deal: ‘Not a good plan’

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government begrudgingly accepted President Biden's plan for a cease-fire in Gaza on Sunday.

Biden had issued the plan on Friday, and Netanyahu initially responded with dismissal. Hamas has indicated it favors the plan, though no formal agreement has been made.

Ophir Falk, chief foreign policy advisor to Netanyahu described Biden's plan in an interview with the U.K.'s Sunday Times, saying it was "a deal we agreed to — it's not a good deal but we dearly want the hostages released, all of them."

"There are a lot of details to be worked out," he said, adding that Israel remains committed to "the release of the hostages and the destruction of Hamas as a genocidal terrorist organization."

Was that an 'official' acceptance, or just evidence of a crack in the Bibi regime?

The Israelis remain soft-hearted in the wake of all this.

So what are the terms of the deal? Why was Biden making deals it has nothing to do with? Is Biden secretly working with Hamas? Let’s see if the deal is Israel gets back dead hostages, but Hamas gets back thousands of criminals, all alive.

I don't like this ... especially as it has Eff-Joe Biden's fingerprints on it ... but maybe it's time to call the savages' bluff:

Let's see the hostages.
Let's see how many have survived a few months in forced captivity by Religion of Peace (the ROT).
Let's see what condition they're in.
Let's hear their stories. ...

Let's see if Netanyahu has made a grievous error in judgment.

I guess we give Israel money and arms..so,we can tell them what to do?

Otherwise, if Israel said no deal..what would “biden” do? Cut Israel off?

At the very bottom of the article:
The plan consists of three phases:
  1. full and complete cease-fire (six weeks)
  2. withdrawal of Israeli forces from all populated areas of Gaza
  3. release of a NUMBER of hostages
In exchange, Israel would
  1. release HUNDREDS of Palestinian prisoners
  2. allow Gaza’s civilians to return to their homes and neighborhoods in all of the Gaza Strip
Sounds like Biden is telling Israel to surrender. Note the categorization as "Palestinian prisoners," not Hamas TERRORISTS.

As usual, Israel has to release hundreds of terrorists to get a few hostages back. I doubt if there are any hostages left alive. If there are any, they are going to be mental wrecks, especially the women and will be permanently scarred, never to regain their former lives. The terrorists have probably been treated humanely by Israel (with some forceful extraction of intel) and will immediately return to being active terrorists bent on destroying Israel.

Way to go, FJB.

The details of the ridiculous ‘deal’ were released yesterday.

The key detail of this article is the ‘money quote’ I cited, which places the so-called ‘acceptance’ at the heart of a media interview.

It smacks of internal disagreement among the Israeli government and an effort of the globalists to pressure them to lay off wiping out hamas.

If a remnant of Hamas remains in Gaza, the Palestinians will view this battle, however costly to themselves as a great, affirming victory. Sadly almost all the hostages have already died horrific deaths.

It sure looks that way. Netanyahu is no dummy. So I’m guessing the United States put tremendous pressure on Israel behind the scenes. “An offer they can’t refuse”, as the saying goes.

The Israeli Left is possible the worst in the world.

Many of the intellectual movers and shakers of the politically active American hard left are Jewish

They are close allies and an adjunct to the American Left as many are dual US/Israel citizens who live much of their lives in America and they are insulated form the consequences of their policies and actions.

The Israeli Left is working with the Biden Administration to undermine Netanyhu to the detriment of Israeli security. Israel is perhaps even more bitterly divided than America so the political pressure from the Left to toe the Biden line is simply overwhelming.

Bibi is still technically on trial in his fraud case. That’s hanging over him like a “Sword of Damocles”.

Bibi needs to know who he’s negotiating with. Names. Locations. So that they can be liquidated at his discretion.

The long game is that Hamas will prevail. They don't care about casualties.

The only way that the IDF will win is if they go scorched earth. They've done a lot of damage but they're not that ruthless. The goal of Hamas is to survive. Rebuild. Then attack again.
