The military said on Wednesday that it now had full operational control of the Philadelphi Corridor, which runs along the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt. This effectively clamps down on any possible weapons flow to Hamas from the outside. Troops located 20 tunnels crossing into Egypt near the Philadelphi Corridor and 82 tunnel shafts. This information was passed on to Egypt. Egypt’s Al Qahera News denied the reports.
“It doesn’t mean that we have boots on the ground across all of the corridors, but it means we can control and we have the ability to cut off the oxygen line that Hamas has used for replenishing and movement in and around that area,” a military official said.
The IDF said Wednesday night that, over the past few weeks, troops found a tunnel shaft located 100 m. from the Rafah Crossing, one-and-a-half km. Long and containing several blast doors. It led to an underground tunnel route used by Hamas. Troops found a large cache of weapons, including short-range and ant-tank missiles, AK-47s, explosives, and grenades. The military said the tunnel included a hideout, toilets, and rooms. All were destroyed.

May God protect the US and Israel.
Fill those tunnels with napalm and touch it off!
Make’s one wonder if there are bribes involved, doesn’t it?
I read somewhere it’s up to 84 tunnels but I’m cannot confirm if this is true. And one tunnel you can drive a truck through
a large cache of weapons, including short-range and ant-tank missiles, AK-47s, explosives, and grenade
= = =
Oh, they are so bad.
All those things are forbidden.
We are so safe here in the US.
That stuff is illegal.
Egypt got paid a lot by re-directed cash from Iran to pay for escaping Hamas- a pretty solid assumption- to go to the mid desert in Egypt to hide out and come back in. They can’t come back now. Some of these tunnels have been cleared and at a minimum flooded.
Bribes- you bet! Sinwar is probably in Qatar with his fat grifter pals in the penthouse flats.
Gas the tunnels.
80+ is the number of shafts or entrances to the actual tunnels.
It sounds to me as though the IDF nneds to establish a buffer zone between Egypt and Hamas right at the border
and post out electronic hearing or esensing devices to determine if digging occurs in order to prevent additional tunnels being built.
We already know that the United Nations organization (UNRA) has been compromised, since many of the Hamas tunnels originate ore end within the UNRA buildings, with their consent.
Interesting that Hamas continues to be well fed and armed, while the general population is publicized as experiencing famine.
Netenyahu made a HUGE mistake praying Biden after the steal, but now he has Brandon’s balls in a vice. The war will go on,hurting him.
Hopefully the soldiers are okay. Amazing the infrastructure Hamas has been able to construct. That we have probably paid for….
RE: All were destroyed.
I was waiting for that happy ending line.
No. And waste a perfect prison for captured Hamas terrorists? Install jail cells, and incarcerate them there, with hands bound, just like they did with the Israeli hostages. No visitation privileges. If they get out of line, execute them.
I bet Obama used those tunnels to deliver weapons and Toyota pick ups to his army, ISIS. It’s a good thing Netanyahu is giving Jobama the finger. Bibi probably knows more about how the US government got hijacked than republicans in congress do. Bibi needs to stay away from the US unless he’s visiting Trump in Mar a Lago. Don’t deal with Jobama, Bibi. Finish the job.
“Fill those tunnels with napalm and touch it off!”

First take all the AK’s and ammo for them, to be passed out to ordinary Israeli citizens. After that, they could set off nuclear weapons underground for all I give a damn.
I think that the complete sizes and quantities of tunnels are to be revealed with operations as these continue.
