Second, the statute of limitations on a misdemeanor — two years — likely has long expired on Trump’s conduct, which dates to 2016 and 2017.

You can call “judge” Merchan a judge. He is a “Hanging-Judge” that is how he should be referred to with regards to his title! He doesn’t deserve the respect or honor of his title. All these talking heads that state with certainty that “no one is above the law” make me want to vomit! This hanging judge, Democrat DA Bragg and Democrat jury all put themselves above the law. They all participated in the greatest travesty of the judicial system of the USA. They sold their souls to the devil and they will reap the benefits of the decisions they have made.
