I’m glad it’s all done too - - just in time for more rain. LOL Oh well, there are a lot of fields full of growing crops that need the rain so I won’t complain too much. The corn here is just gorgeous right now.

I wish I could send some of our rain up there. Everything’s waited so long to spring back to life and it needs a drink big time.

I posted this song recently on some FR thread, but I want to post it again.   It is a song that was written when cocaine was still legal.   In recent months, cocaine was found at the White House, and cocaine is not legal anymore, so someone at the White House actually broke the law for real.   The "authorities" have not been able to determine who it was at the White House who broke that law.

I can think of at least one likely suspect there, and I think he might use this song as his personal theme song.

I also wanted to post just one song tonight about sad current events.   The depiction in this song (of course) is infinitely above all other unjust cases and individuals, and I'm not in the least suggesting that they are in any way equivalent, but every single time any innocent man or woman is judged falsely and unfairly, it is completely and grotesquely wrong, and that is the message I hope to convey with this song tonight.

The edge of the front field is only about 50 feet, maybe 60, from the house. I have fields on three sides of the houses. The fourth side is woods on a hill.
The view through the front window is gorgeous these days, and I’m almost invisible from the road.

Yeah, it gets a little rough when the corn pollinates but it’s just for a short period.

That’s a chaser I’m not familiar with but I’ll keep an eye out for him in the future. He did a good job.
