Pressure is mounting to allow Ukraine to use U.S.-provided weapons on military targets within Russian territory.
The big picture: After the Biden administration instituted the ban in an attempt to keep the conflict from escalating, calls to remove the embargo have been growing from U.S. lawmakers, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The criticism from many is that the ban is hindering the country's ability to effectively defend itself.
Context: Ukraine has been provided with a large arsenal of Western weapons, including long-range missiles, but it is not allowed to use them to strike targets in Russian territory.

The Globalist plan B for November and December.
These people are insane.
All of them.
Russia has made clear they will escalate.

Yes, you might be on to something. First kill Trump (but make it look like an “Accident” or an “Iranian Madman” then before the smoke clears, have an event happen that will spark WW III, a bold event like nuke Moscow (or use a Ukraine “Dirty Bomb” from a Uke Drone (CIA—MI6 Project). Then with war, the Trump Assassination will be covered up. Marines go in, land on Crimea in a D-Day invasion. Germany/Poland rolls over Belarus, and France/UK?Italy push Russia out of Ukraine. Blow up St. Petersburg and Putin will surrender in 40 days. War over, big victory, Putin in chains to stand trial for war crimes and execution. All will be good-—SO THEY THINK.
Fixed it.

Putie oks targeting US assets in and around Europe.
The Powell Doctrine states that a list of questions all have to be answered affirmatively before military action is taken by the United States: Is a vital national security interest threatened? Do we have a clear attainable objective? Have the risks and costs been fully and frankly analyzed?
No, no and no.
As I understand it, this is advanced weaponry on which the Ukrainians have not been trained. So...who do you suppose will wield these weapons against the Russian military in Russian territory? You know what happens when you poke a bear!
I have wondered what the American vital interest in Ukraine is.
Some say that Putin is like Hitler, and that he will invade other countries as Hitler did, if not stopped now.
Others say this conflict is of no concern to the US.
Some Freepers tease about Zeepers here on Free Republic.
Strike Moscow, level Kiev. Yep, that’s what they want.
Indeed they do
Yep
And not by that weirdo on the Left

Re: 31 - I would agree to date.
I should have said “questions need to be answered in detail” instead of “implemented”.
