The way I read it is they can all vote guilty of something but not necessarily all of the same thing...........

IOW, say six of them say he's guilty of counts 2, 5 and 21, and four say he's guilty of 3, 10 and 15 and two say he's guilty of 6, 18 and 34. Then by the judge's instruction he's guilty of all................
