So a dead misdemeanor for falsifying business records was zapped back into life by alleging that under NY election law 17-152 it was done to influence the election by the unlawful means of falsification of business records. It is so circular as to produce vertigo. So the jury finds some documents were falsified to use the unlawful means of falsifying other documents. That is only one of three possible crimes and the jury does not have to agree on which was the basis for their conviction.
He is a Columbian national, raised early years in Columbia, his father was a military officer. He is steeped in Columbian culture, values, and totally lacks any understanding or respect for the US.

Juan Merchan doesn’t care if any conviction gets appealed. He doesn’t care about any scrutiny or outrage about his unhinged conduct and lawless orders.
He wants (1) his name in the history books as judge in first criminal conviction of a former president and (2) help his daughter drum up more lucrative business deals with Democrats.

THIS TRIAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE 2024 STEAL FOR BIDEN. After the election is STOLEN for Biden, they will say "Trump lost because nobody wanted to vote for a CONVICTED FELON" This is the ONLY reason for this trial, to set the NARRATIVE FOR THE STEAL.
SCROTUS needs to step in IMMEDIATELY after the guilty verdict. This is a former president and REQUIRES an immediate REVERSAL from the highest court.

The Judge allowed the Prosecution to say repeatedly in the summation that Trump violated Election Law and Cohen was punished for it.
He also allowed the Prosecutor to assign motives to Hope Hicks that aren’t in any of the Testimony.
But, hey his daughter might be up to $150 Million by the time the Jury convicts.
Are they real Trump supporters or agitators? Usually Trump supportors are polite.
As a litigator for 39 years, I can’t believe that either lawyer would lend his name to a verdict arising from such an utter travesty of the trial system. My hope is that they both are saying to themselves, “Did this judge even go to law school” and will pour him out.

How do you do this, if when questioning the jury, you ask how they rule on each count? 4/12 is not a conviction in any court of law.
Three counts of 4/12, does not deliver a 12/12 verdict. It delivers three 4/12
verdicts, which is extremely weak.

The jury selection process was changed at this courthouse on the morning that the Trump jury selection began. It is reported that lawyers on all of the cases at the courthouse that started that day were very confused. Kind of an odd thing that is likely not just a coincidence.
Which lawyer—the Prosecutor(s)? How will/can the pour him out? Whatever it is, I hope it happens.
Good, they deserve far worse.
But President Trump was not intending to cover up ANY crime of the take-you-pick improvised list, followed through or not.
