Have they told the jurors what the crime is?
Per the various radio stations this morning, the underlying crime is trying to influence the 2016 election by withholding negative stories about himself (Trump).
Uhm, isn’t that what EVERYONE does during an election, try to withhold or minimize negative stories about themselves or their campaign?
I don’t know what the jury instructions are yet, but right now a jury observer reads seven (7) jurors as visibly unimpressed with the prosecution’s case, according to X Twitter. Maybe accurate, or not.
The sham Trial is said to be not about a conviction but only to hobble the leading horse in this race to November.
