There will be an acquittal, only internet people and people who watch cable news think there is actually any case here, they have no case...most internet and cable news watchers sense of reality is distorted by the constant drone of negative reporting and propaganda...like when they convinced people that Ukraine as any chance in hell of defeating Russia in a full on war...people need to wake the f**k up.
It had been months since I had watched Hannity. It was an interesting show tonight. Merchan was unbelievably unfair and allowed a sharp increase in prosecutor dishonesty.
I believe that it is very unlikely that the jury acquits.
I have no doubt there is no case. I don’t believe you need a case to convict anymore than you need to actually talk the people to get 81 million votes.
And here I was, thinking that lawyers are about duty, honor and country! LOL.

I never asked him to put everything on the line so if he can’t handle the heat, then he should’ve retired so he could have spent his few remaining years with his grandkids. I nor you nor anyone else owe him anything.
Politicians are like pro football players. Keep them as long as they produce but once production starts to decline or there are too many off field issues, then cut them without hesitation and move on.
I was waiting to see what Merchan would do. After what happened yesterday, it is obvious to me that Merchan is evil, rather than merely incompetent. Not necessarily the worst judge they have, but vile enough.

Btw, you can also make the same silly argument for memorial day. You didn’t ask anyone to fight for your freedom so why remember their sacrifice? Same with veterans day. Also, you’ll notice Trump isn’t asking for anything but it sure would be nice for kids and grand kids to inherit a free country. That’s not looking terribly likely precisely because of mentalities that are on display in your comment.

In a way, that might be Biden’s best move. However, he knows that the far left would go ape.

Most veterans of the Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam were drafted. I didn’t draft Trump and he could have dropped out if he felt the going was too rough for him to handle.
There is no real crime here: no one has been killed, assaulted, robbed, or stolen from.
So Trump’s crime, whatever it is, is in the area of perception. It isn’t anything physical or countable; it’s in the minds of the emotionally upset. Trump did something that upsets people.
He upset them so badly they want him in jail for 150 years over it. But no one lost money or had a single scratch or scar.
Even we are looking for one of those emotional upset laws, but the bottom line in that no one is injured in a real way. No one anyplace.
